Rhys came to yoga in 2015, just to try something new “a bit of a stretch couldn’t hurt right”. Upon leaving the class drenched in sweat and with a smile from ear to ear Rhys noticed two things. That his mind was the quietest it has ever been and that he had just taken the first step of the journey down his yoga path. Rhys has since completed his yoga training. He enjoys creating a practice that will challenge your comfort zone as an act of self-study, whilst observing the mind and breath. Noticing the nuances with as much fascination as we do the big stuff.
