    Aimee specialises in the movement of Yoga, Pilates and Fitness and best describes her work as ‘active alignment’. Drawing from her studies of both western anatomical knowledge and Iyengar based yoga, she provides safe active movement for anyone, no matter their body type or physical ailments.
    At the age of ten, she started teaching Ballet and realized her passion for helping others. This passion became the foundation of a professional teaching career that has led her to teach in studios in London, Sri Lanka, Bali, Canada and at various international retreats / workshops.
